I have enabled the spam monitor service from IPS. You can find out more about the spam monitor service here.

You can now register on the website using your Facebook account.

You can also associate your current account with your Facebook account by going here. Doing so will allow you to sync your Facebook profile photo and status to the website.

As of now, you can sign in to the site by using your OpenID. OpenID is a single sign-on protocol which is starting to appear around the web on popular websites such as MySpace, AOL, and Flickr.

For example, I have a MySpace account. If I want to login using it (being if I wasn't already registered), I would use my MySpace URL as my provider URL, and then I would be redirected to a page to login to MySpace and submit some additional information to send back to the website to register me.

That's it, it's that simple. If you're already registered, you don't need to worry about this change.

The download center has been upgraded to IP.Downloads 2.1.0.

This upgrade will allow users to submit multiple mirrors per submission (allowing you to submit both an RS and MU link for one file, for example).

This is a call out to all members from the old BE.

I see that not many threads from the old BE have been moved yet. Not that all need to be moved but there certainly are a few that should be posted on this site. Everyone who started an epic topic on the last forum, please make sure to post it here before the old website gets closed down.

I, myself, have moved two topics that I thought could use a new place in the meantime. These being: Johnny's X-Files thread and the good ol' DVD to MKV tutorial. If some other threads I visited often get my attention I'll post them here as well.
